	OUR MISSION The IDA’s mission is to promote, develop and assist with the construction, expansion and equipping of economically sound industrial and commercial facilities in order to advance the job opportunities, general prosperity and economic welfare of the citizens of the Town of Guilderland. The Agency works to promote economic development in Guilderland by providing new and expanding businesses that are creating or retaining jobs in the community with a variety of economic incentives.
