Approved the site plan review for a home occupation for a veterinary house call practice contingent on no on-site clients.  5 - 0.

Mill Hill - Route 155
Approved the final site plan of amendments made to a previously approved Planned Unit Development including 24 townhouse and 88 condo type units plus a Stewarts shop.  5 - 0

Ciancetta - Rosedale Way
Approved  the final plat of a 5 lot subdivision of 1.1 acres.  5 - 0

Mohawk Village Apartments - 1-5 Okara Drive
Approved the concept to cut the existing single family home off from the remaining apartment complex.   5 - 0

Approved the concept of a proposed 4 lot subdivision of 14.7 acres.  5 - 0

Approved the site plan review to allow a mortgage consulting business.  4 - 1 (Childs opposed)

Approved the site plan to allow a space in Park Place plaza to be used by the Queen of Tarts business as office space and a café.  5 - 0
