On Wednesday, July 15th, the Town of Guilderland hosted a Dedication Ceremony honoring Lieutenant Colonel Todd J. Clark in the naming of a portion of State Route 146 in the Town of Guilderland the Lieutenant Colonel Todd J. Clark Memorial Highway. Joining Supervisor Runion was Senator George Amedore, Jr., Assemblywoman Patricia Fahy, Albany County Executive Daniel McCoy, Town Board members Paul Pastore and Brian Forte and the Clark family. The Guilderland Police Explorer Post and the American Legion Riders Post 977 and Patriot Guard Riders Region 4 & 5 conducted the Presentation of Colors. Senator Amedore and Assemblywoman Fahy sponsored the bill to rename Route 146 from Western Ave. to Lydius Street "in commemoration of the extraordinary service and ultimate sacrifice of Guilderland's Lieutenant Colonel Todd
