CONSERVATION
1. Proof of certification from a Hunter Safety Training course.

DOG
1. Dog license fees:
$5.00 for dogs that are spayed or neutered.
$13.00 for those that are not.
$2.50 for seniors with dogs that are spayed or neutered/Local fee not required.
$10.50 for seniors with dogs that are not.
*Dogs must be licensed yearly.
2. $20.00 per dog for the dog park.
3. Dogs must have current rabies in order to obtain a dog park tag.
4. If paying by mail, please include the Clerk's copy of the state Department of Agriculture and Markets renewal form (may be downloaded from the link below), if the dogs rabies vaccine has expired, a current certificate, check and if you wish a receipt, send the entire renewal form
and a self- addressed stamped envelope.

Guilderland.
HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
1. Residency proof (Drivers license)
2. Statement from physician stating type of permit required (temporary or permanent) and reason for permit.
CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCE
1. Proof of NY State Residency (Drivers license with issue date
of at least 1 year previous).
2. Proof of Albany County residency of 6 month (Drivers license).
3. $1.00 fee.
