Meeting began at 7:00 PM and ended at 8:30 PM.
Minutes: The draft minutes from the January 25, 2006 meeting were approved as amended by unanimous vote.
Updates:
1) VanWormer Drive - Mike reported that Google has not yet updated its on-line maps; it will take approximately 6 months for the corrected directions to Northeastern Industrial Park to appear. However, the NYS DOT intends to install traffic signs on Rte. 146 at School Road. N/F/A
Unfinished Business
1) Church Road at Zorn Road – Mike reported that the light at this intersection operates in conjunction with the Northway intersection. GHD found that there was no intersection sign going north but one southbound. The northbound sign was installed and the southbound sign was relocated to a better location. GHD also installed an additional speed limit sign on Church near Zorn. Mike also reported that a speed study was done last November. The study found no excessive speeding. N/F/A
2) Witte Road – This item was a result of a complaint last October and a subsequent petition dated November 16, 2005 that was signed by 24 residents. The petition requested all-way stop signs on Witte Road. The traffic counter was installed in December, 05 indicating an average speed of 25 MPH. Mike will check for proper speed limit and children at play signs.

Pat reported that Don Csaposs will include an item in the Town newsletter regarding the on-going interest of the TSC to keep Guilderland streets free of debris, e.g. leaves, mulch, snow, grass clippings, etc. Don requested he be provided with the specifics and he will compose the item to be included in the Newsletter.
