We are pleased to provide you with our annual Water Supply Statement as required by New York State Public Health Law in compliance with 10 NYCRR, Subpart 5-1.72(e) to (I) and National Primary Drinking Water Regulations Part 141. It is requested that apartment complex owners and managers provide a copy of this report to all it tenants.
The Guilderland Water District and its professional staff are continually striving to provide you, our customers, with a safe quality and adequate quantity of drinking water that meets and exceeds all state and federal standards. We are continuously developing plans for improvements to our water production facilities including water sources, distribution and storage.
