Vehicle & Traffic Tickets

What to do if you receive a traffic ticket within the Town of Guilderland:

The Guilderland Town Court handles all traffic tickets which are issued for violations of the Vehicle and Traffic Law which are alleged to have taken place within the town. It is the obligation of the motorist to respond to the ticket in a timely fashion. Your ticket(s) contains the information on how to answer to the violation(s). Failure to answer may result in your driving privileges being suspended.
