No Hazardous Waste Will Be Accepted At The Transfer Station
The Town of Guilderland holds two Household Hazardous Waste Days per year for disposal of residential household hazardous waste (see flyer below). If you have further questions, please feel free to contact the Transfer Station at 518-861-6776.
Household Hazardous Waste Days
Household Hazardous Waste Days will take place on Saturday, April 15th 2023 from 8:00 - 2:00 pm and on Saturday October 28th 2023 from 8:00 - 2:00 at the Highway Department.
You will not need to pre register for the event but must bring proof of residency. Proof of residency is a valid New York State Driver’s License or current Town tax bill, or a current town parks and transfer station sticker. Current color is yellow.
